Our history in Bolivia initiated in 1994; since then, TotalEnergies EP Bolivie has contributed to the economic growth of the country as partner of the most important hydrocarbon projects and operator of the largest new fields.  

Pioneer in the implementation of innovative technology, TotalEnergies in Bolivia focuses on exploration and gas production with important investments in mega fields discovered in the Southern Sub Andean zone.

TotalEnergies EP Bolivie is  Aquio and Ipati blocks operator since 2001 and 2003, respectively; processing the hydrocarbons of its fields in the Incahuasi Plant which at the moment has a production capacity of 11 million cubic meters per day. 

On the other hand, it is a non-operator party of the San Antonio, San Alberto, and XX-East Tarija (Itau) blocks, since the beginning of the 2000s; participating therefore in the development of these mega fields, which in their best moments, together, produced 32 million cubic meters per day.

Committed with operational excellence under the highest safety and environmental standards, TotalEnergies in Bolivia seeks to build optimal long-term relationships with neighboring communities. It contributes to local socio-economic development by promoting capacity-building through technical scholarships and supporting sustainable development projects, such as honey production.

Through local distributors, TotalEnergies supplies the Bolivian market with a variety of lubricants for the automotive sector, agricultural machinery, and general industrial equipment.
